That's How We Roll - Join this epic Women's BJJ Camp in the Austrian mountains!

An all-inclusive Women’s BJJ Camp in the Austrian Alps powered by chinkilla, Jiu Jitsu Queenz, and Enyo Grappling

Get ready for an extraordinary training camp in the heart of the Austrian Alps! We're uniting women from every corner of the BJJ world for an unforgettable experience. Train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with all backgrounds, skill levels, and weight classes while vacationing in the beautiful Austrian Alps.

A DAY AT CAMP

Wake up to the crisp mountain air, kickstart your day with a cup of coffee from the dining area, and make your way to the hall for morning yoga. After stretching it out and finding your inner zen, grab some brekkie and chit chat with your roomies and new friends about how sore you are from yesterday.

Check the day's schedule, gear up for gi or nogi, and take the 2 minute walk over to the sports hall. After an invigorating morning of training and rolling, refuel over lunch, and head to the nearby lake for a rejuvenating dip before the afternoon session kicks off. After training, you’ll have time to shower, freshen up, and chill until dinner is served.

Spend the evening hanging with the group for a fun pub quiz, campfire s'mores, or other activities.
Or, choose to hit the hay early and rest up for the coming day!

WHAT'S THE TRAINING PLAN?

Eat, sleep, train is the literal game!

Thursday arrival & evening open mat - Friday, Saturday, Sunday full training days - Monday breakfast & departure

Come prepared for 3 gi seminars, 6 nogi seminars, and 6 open mats - plus 3 morning yoga classes to kickstart your day.
But all work and no play made Jane a dull training partner. That’s why our evening program is all about bonding, fun, and camaraderie. You can look forward to engaging group activities, a BBQ & bonfire night, and late-night open mats for those who just can't get enough rolls.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

The Schlosshof lodge is easy to access from Salzburg main station.
When arriving by plane or train, take the train to St. Johann Im Pongau station, where one of our team members will pick you up for the short ride to our lodge (free transfer).

If you’re arriving by car, rest assured that there are plenty of parking spaces onsite - free of charge.

WHO IS ORGANIZING THIS?
